Phoebe Gates sipped on boba tea and hung out with her dad Bill Gates in a short video posted Thursday to her Instagram. The caption on the post read, “Father-daughter bubble tea time.” The short video saw the pair sitting on a balcony looking out at the New York skyline.
For the hang-out sesh, Phoebe sported a pair of stark white knee-high go-go boots. The fashionable figure’s pair featured white leather uppers featuring a shiny finish along with knife-like pointed toes and faintly slouchy shafts.
The neutral white set was complete with thick and sturdy block heels standing at least 3 to 4 inches in height, giving Phoebe’s ensemble a sleek and sophisticated height boost. Knee-high boots are often worn with skirts and dresses.
