Penelope Cruz brought a dramatic display to Lancôme’s event with the Louvre.
The “Vanilla Sky” actress attended the cosmetics brand’s event, held during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. She joined many other celebrities like Amanda Seyfried and Kelly Rowland.
Cruz slipped into a pair of sky-high heels for the soiree. She wore black platform heels with a strap across the toes as well as an ankle strap offering extra support. The thick base added at least an extra inch to the overall height of the sandals.
The star paired her shoes with a look from Giambattista Valli. She wore a black lace jumpsuit with an off-the-shoulder neckline with a black ribbon running around the garment. The piece also featured a black train that attached to the jumpsuit at the waist. Cruz added drop earrings and afew rings to the ensemble, and she carried a black clutch.
Cruz’s footwear lineup often includes chic heels by Chanel, as she’s one of the luxury brand’s longtime global ambassadors. However, the star has also worn sandals by Versace, Giuseppe Zanotti and Jimmy Choo on the red carpet over the years. When off-duty, she’s been spotted in Sergio Rossi and Isabel Marant boots, plus sleek Christian Louboutin pumps.

Paris Fashion Week is held from Sept. 25 to Oct. 3, marking the final week of Fashion Month. The occasion will feature a range of fashion shows and presentations from numerous brands across Paris, France, including Dior, Chanel, Schiaparelli, Loewe and more.
