Patrick Mahomes Slips On Black Leather Boots for Time 100 Gala 2024

Patrick Mahomes kept it classic in black boots to walk the red carpet at the 2024 Time 100 Gala in New York City on Thursday.

Nominated by Alex Rodriguez, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback was honored at the annual celebration within the Titans category of the Time 100 list of the world’s most influential people. For this year’s event, held at the Jazz at Lincoln Center, Taraji P. Henson was invited to host the ceremony. The 2024 Time 100 list also included Dua Lipa, 21 Savage, Mark Cuban, Leslie Odom Jr. and America Ferrera.

Since his victory in the 2024 Super Bowl in February, Mahomes has been enjoying the off season wearing casual pairs of footwear hailing from designer labels. The football player was last seen at a MLS match between Inter Miami CF and Sporting Kansas City earlier this month wearing Off-White’s 1000 Odsy sneakers. Last month, he sat courtside at the Denver Nuggets and Dallas Mavericks game wearing Louis Vuitton’s LV Trainers. After the championship, he was often seen wearing Adidas’ red D.O.N. Issue #3 shoes.

About The Shoes

Mahomes slipped into black leather boots for the occasion. The slip-on shoes featured a sleek silhouette accompanied by a square toe. The set was completed by a rubber sole and a block heel that was about a half inch tall.

Along with loafers, boots are a popular footwear style that men tend to gravitate to for red carpet events. Stars like Shawn Mendes, Chris Hemsworth and Timothée Chalamet, who was seen wearing a pair from Tom Ford to a fan screening of “Wonka” this past December.

The versatile pair has been seen in several trends from grunge to formal dressing.
