Paris Hilton attended the 2024 Fashion Trust U.S. awards, announcing the organization’s 2024 winners, at a private residence in Los Angeles on Tuesday night in a pair of pointed-toe black heels.
The “Stars are Blind” singer injected a dose of edginess into the timeless heels to complement her daring Mugler ensemble. Adding her personal touch, she paired the footwear with sheer black tights adorned with a striking black seam down the center from Calzedonia.
The heel height measured approximately 4 inches. Hilton has frequently been spotted in sharp heels, both on and off the red carpet. In March, she opted for a pair of 3-inch Valentino Rockstud Pumps at the “A Day of Unreasonable Conversation” Event, while back in 2023, she chose a pair of Mach & Mach bow-embellished pumps for an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

The Fashion Trust U.S. is a nonprofit organization supporting emerging design talent, and the evening included awards for ready-to-wear, jewelry, accessories, and recent graduates. This year, hosted by Zooey Deschanel, featured two special award categories, including inclusivity and sustainability, and nearly $500,000 in funding was given to winners.
Pointy Shoes
Although a black pointed-toe heel remains a timeless staple, it has notably surged in popularity throughout this year. Beyond heels, the pointed shape has become a prevailing trend across various footwear styles. From ballet flats to Mary Janes and sneakers, designs featuring pointed toes have emerged in both 2023 and 2024, with brands such as Vagabond, Steve Madden, Cos and others embracing the style. While the trend has been present for several years, its popularity continues to escalate, with celebrities putting their own personal spin on them.
