Padma Lakshmi Was the Epitome of Elegance In Silver Sandals at the 2024 Emmys Red Carpet

Padma Lakshmi went for a monochromatic look at the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater on Sunday.
The TV personality arrived wearing a soft, sequin gray strapless gown by Brunello Cucinelli, which hugged her frame and had a slit in the back, that created a bit of movement for the gown. The slit also allowed for her shoes to be visible despite her wearing a long gown.
The former “Top Chef” host kept it simply with her footwear, wearing a no-fuzz pair of shiny silver stiletto sandals with a modest heel, a square toe, and a slim toe and ankle strap. She paired the look with dangling diamond earrings, a ring and a white and silver clutch. She stuck to her usual her makeup and hair style look, wearing her dark brown hair out allowing it to fall down her shoulders.

The TV host paired her silver sandals with a matching silver pedicure and manicure, tying the look together. The sandal’s square toe made them a standout on the red carpet and also differed it from the pointed toe-heels that have been taking over the red carpet recently. The model was at the even to present an award and the shoes stood out even more while she was on stage alongside actor Sam Richardson.
Lakshmi has been nominated 16 times at the Emmys during her career for her work as host on “Taste The Nation With Padma Lakshmi” and “Top Chef.” At the 75th Emmy Awards red carpet that took place earlier this year, Lakshmi arrived wearing a bolder look. She wore a green Greek goddess Marchesa gown, with golden open-toe stilettos.
The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Dan and Eugene Levy, takes place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The award show is held to celebrate the best of television, awarding major players in the industry for their talents. Some popular shows nominated for awards this year include “Fellow Travelers,” “Fargo,” “Baby Reindeer,” “Feud: Capote vs. The Swans,” “Griselda” and “True Detective: Night Country.”
