Natasha Rothwell took the metallic shoes trend to Sydney on Monday to celebrate the launch of Max in Australia. The actress was joined by several of her cast mates from “The White Lotus” Season Three as well as actors featured in Season Two of “The Last of Us.”
Rothwell brought a lively pop of color to an overcast day in the city. The actress dressed up in a sunshine yellow dress with a turtleneck and chest cut out creating a deep V-neck. The breezy dress featured shawl-like sleeves and a slit in front around the mid-thigh. Her hairstyle for the occasion was an updo with bangs which showed off a pair of large gold chain link earrings.
Rothwell amped up her glamour with a pair of metallic gold sandals. She wore the Alexandre Birman Phoebe 100 in the color Golden. The shoes, which retail for $795, featured a sharp square toe and an arrangement of straps across the foot including a T-shaped design, all set on a classic thin heel. The minimalist design features a single tubular strap on the upper and right above two straps that form an elegant ‘X’ shape at the front, and a fun ankle buckle. The buckle hardware is a unique eye-shaped design.
Rothwell previously showcased the popular metallic shoe trend at “The White Lotus” Season Three premiere, when she wore a pair of multi-colored platform sandals from Jessica Simpson, which aligned well with her embellished gown.
Other cast members from “The White Lotus” in Sydney were Leslie Bibb, Morgana O’Reilly and Patrick Schwarzenegger. The third season of the hit HBO series created by Mike White, which follows guests and employees at the titular luxury resort chain, takes place in Thailand. One of a few actors to appear in more than one season of the show, Rothwell plays a White Lotus employee named Belinda.
Meanwhile, Season Two of another HBO success, “The Last of Us,” is slated to debut on April 13. Series star Pedro Pascal recently caught attention when he wore thigh-high Saint Laurent boots to the show’s premiere last week.
