Molly Sims made a statement at the “Kinda Pregnant” New York Premiere in a chic black gown and golden statement sandals from Camilla Gabrielli in New York on Monday.
The actor and YSE Beauty founder stepped out in the new Camilla Gabrieli Olivia Necklace Sandal 105, which features shiny gold baubles across the toe and ankle straps. The all-gold designer shoes feature a trendy square toe and a 105mm stiletto heel with the brand’s signature bauble detailing at the top of the heel. The Olivia Necklace Sandal also comes in all-black.
Italian designer Camilla Gabrieli founded her namesake footwear brand in 2019 after searching for the perfect bridal shoes. Her shoes are inspired by her love of art, architecture and design, as evident in the sculptural, modern takes on classic women’s shoe silhouettes like mules and stiletto sandals. Every pair is designed in Los Angeles and handcrafted in Italy with eco-conscious production. Pearls, gold spheres and crystal starbursts adorn many of the stilettos and kitten heels—in trendy metallic and jewel tone colorway options—in her current line of shoes.
Metallic shoes, especially in gold and silver tones, started to take over fashion in 2022. The style has continued to gain a consistent spot in designers’ collections ever since. Several high-end labels like Bottega Veneta, Prada and Manolo Blahnik have included the shiny material in their 2024 runway collections.
Sims’ shoe style is chic and modern. On the red carpet, she often favors glamorous designer stiletto sandals, often in gold or black. She can also be seen in pointed-toe pumps, also in sleek metallic or black or heeled boots or sandals when out and about.
The Tyler Spindel-directed comedy “Kinda Pregnant” stars Amy Schumer alongside Brianne Howey, Jillian Bell, Urzila Carlson, Lizzie Broadway and Will Forte and debuts on Netflix today. Sims, Damon Wayans Jr. and Jackie Sandler also appear in the film, which was written by Schumer and Julie Paiva and co-produced by Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison, Molly Sims’ Something Happy Productions and Alex Saks’ Saks Picture Company.
The cast attended the New York premiere of the film at Paris Theater on Monday, alongside a comedian-filled, star-studded guest list, including Keegan-Michael Key, Jackie and Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, Natasha Bedingfield and Bethenny Frankel.
