Michelle Yeoh Masters Comfy Red Carpet Style in Roger Vivier Boots at Special Screening of ‘Star Trek: Section 31’

Michelle Yeoh attended a special screening of “Star Trek: Section 31” held at the Ham Yard Hotel today in London.
The “Wicked” star stuck to the theme of her recent project, donning a pair of thigh-high Roger Vivier Viv Go-Thick boots in black. Retailing for $2,312, the designer pair included jet-black calf leather uppers in a slouchy textural style accompanied by decorative buckle detailing, silver-toned hardware and almond-shaped toes.
Chunky rubber soles fixed with non-slip tread finished off the set, offering the silhouette a rugged feel. Yeoh’s boots sat at thigh level. The shoe was certainly weather-appropriate, enveloping her feet and legs, shielding them from the elements. Similar styles to the thespian’s own can be shopped via brands like Valentino, Amina Muaddi, Jimmy Choo, Alaia, and Loewe all feature knee-high to thigh-high styles for prospective footwear shoppers and Yeoh fans alike can shop.

Dressed stylishly for winter, the “Memoirs Of A Geisha” actress partnered her designer footwear with an orange suede oversized collared button-down top and black stretchy leggings. Layered beneath her suede top, Yeoh wore a ribbed turtleneck.
Yeoh was a fixture of the limelight, thanks to her work in “Everything Everywhere All At Once.” The star continues to hold the center of attention for her often eye-catching red-carpet footwear. Although her shoes aren’t visible for this event, Yeoh often wears pointed and open-toed pumps in neutral and jewel tones, hailing from top brands including Christian Louboutin and Roger Vivier. The Oscar winner’s off-duty footwear includes Stella McCartney platform brogues and a wide range of thong sandals and cushy sneakers.
“Star Trek: Section 31” is a 2025 action film directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi starring Michelle Yeoh and Robert Kazinsky. The movie follows Emperor Philippa Georgiou, who is tasked with protecting the United Federation of Planets. She must also face the sins of her past.
