Melania Trump returned to the spotlight on Tuesday while she accompanied her husband, the 2024 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, to cast ballots in the presidential preference primary in Palm Beach, Fla. The former first lady did so in trendy footwear.
Melania slipped into a pair of Christian Louboutin‘s So Kate pumps, which are a favorite of hers. The former first lady has worn So Kate pumps on multiple occasions and in different colorways over the years, featuring purple leather, stripes and even a snakeskin print.
Melania and Donald Trump, who recently made headlines with his sneaker line, walked together to vote at a polling station set up at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center. Donald Trump matched his wife Louboutins in black dress shoes.

Christian Louboutin’s So Kate pumps were introduced in the brand’s fall 2013 collection. The shoe style has since become a celebrity favorite. Named after model Kate Moss, the So Kate pump is an updated version of Louboutin’s classic Pigalle shoe. It features a 4-inch stiletto heel and the brand’s famous red sole signature.

The appearance came as a surprise a day after Trump, who is facing a number of major legal battles as he moves closer to the nomination, was ordered to pay $355 million in a New York civil fraud case.
Trump’s gold high-tops featured a T engraved on the side and an American flag on the back of the upper. The “Never Surrender” kicks were sold online for $399.
