Megan Thee Stallion was honored last night at the 2024 Golden Heart Awards, hosted by the organization God’s Love We Deliver in partnership with Michael Kors. The rapper was ready to make an impression in a little black dress and sleek black pumps by Stuart Weitzman.
The LBD featured a sweetheart neckline and a flirty rounded slit at the upper thigh; the dress clung to Megan’s frame and fell just beyond her knees. She further animated the ensemble with a glamorous makeup look and red carpet-ready updo. She accessorized with a silver bangle, earrings and a very colorful manicure that showed off her unique flair.

The “Savage” artist went for a black-on-black aesthetic with a pair of posh patent leather pumps, which are the brand’s Vinnie 85 pump. The shoes lifted up the look with a stiletto heel while a sharp triangular toe helped establish a formidable aura. In terms of materiality, the pumps’ glossy shine contrasted the matte fabric of her dress.
Like a typical pump, the upper covered the toes but left the remainder of the top of the foot exposed. Paired with her little black dress, Megan demonstrated how classic wardrobe items can be assembled together for an elegant evening aesthetic.
This isn’t the first occasion the musician has modeled a traditional pump. The Grammy winner slipped on a white pair with an Olympics-inspired leotard when she hosted the VMAs in September; showing off her range, she also performed that night in green go-go boots.
At the Golden Heart Awards, the rapper was the recipient of the genLOVE Award for Outstanding Philanthropy while Sarah Jessica Parker received the Michael Kors Award for Outstanding Philanthropy and Cole Escola was presented with the Golden Heart Award for Breakthrough Achievement in the Arts.
