Megan Thee Stallion Takes the BET Awards 2024 Stage in Green Go-Go Boots
Megan Thee Stallion turned heads in a pair of green go-go boots while opening the 2024 BET Awards with her single “Hiss” in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
Crafted with leather, the boots boasted a turquoise colorway and were characterized by a triangular design on the upper. Reaching her calf, the set was completed by a chunky block heel estimated to be between 3 to 4 inches. The musician teamed her boots with a metallic top and matching bottoms, also showcasing her long wavy locks in a middle part, and rounded out her glamorous look with a shimmery eyeshadow look and a glossy lip.
This isn’t the first time the star has chosen boots for a performance. In June 2023, she took to the stage at 2023 Pride in a pair of boots that featured silver lace-up construction, high-shine utilitarian chainmail uppers and pointed toes.

Pairing the boots alongside a sheer black sparking catsuit adorned with crystal appliques centralized around the bodice and a high neckline, the silhouette was likely finished with a block heel that also ranged between 3-to-4 inches in height.
That same summer she attended Day Three of the Outside Lands Music Festival, held in San Francisco in a pair of bubblegum pink pointed-toe ankle boots that were made with leather, characterized by a sleek lace-up silhouette and completed by block heels measuring approximately 4 inches.
When not performing in boots, you’re more than likely to catch her in sneakers. For the 2021 Austin City Limits music festival, the entertainer delivered her set in a pair of blue and white high-top sneakers, a custom pink corset top and matching hot pink shorts, which she paired with tan fishnet tights.
The BET Awards celebrate achievements in entertainment, honoring excellence in music, sports, television and movies. Taraji P. Henson will host the 2024 event, which will feature performances by Ice Spice, Tyla, GloRilla, Latto, Muni Long, Sexyy Red, Shaboozey, Victoria Monét and more.
