Lizzo Drops ‘Still Bad’ in Lush Brown Slingback Kitten Heels While in New York

Lizzo was spotted yesterday in New York after dropping her latest song, “Still Bad.”
The “Boys” songstress took to the streets of the Big Apple in a pair of deep brown slingback pumps. The chosen silhouette featured lush chocolate brown leather uppers accompanied by sharp triangular toes and thin and sturdy straps threaded through silver adjustable buckle closures that kept the shoes in place.
Short, stiletto kitten-esque heels rounded out the set, offering the songstress a subtle lift. Similar silhouettes to Lizzo’s own can be shopped via a variety of top brands, including Miu Miu, Dolce Vita, Asos, Schutz, Givenchy, Tony Bianco and Blumarine, among others. Lizzo’s footwear is inherently 2000s with the barely-there heel and grungy buckle accents. The buckled style has gained popularity thanks to striking iterations from Miu Miu.
Paired with her slingbacks, the “About Damn Time” singer geared up in a stretchy rouched purple, blue and gold maxi dress. The form-fitted garment was two-toned and included a flared hem. Layered overtop, Lizzo sported a brown leather bomber jacket in a cropped and distressed style.

On the accessories front, the musician cozied up in a white faux-fur hood partnered with shield-esque glasses. Lizzo’s ensemble is playful and colorful, mixing textures with vibrant hues that ultimately draw the eye. The star’s outfit choices both on and off stage have always been exciting, often marrying form with function.
The “Rumors” singer is known for regularly wearing sleek footwear styles to complement her outfits. For performances, she’s known often wears lace-up combat boots with studs, crystals, and monochrome palettes from brands like Prada. When it comes to the red carpet, she’s also worn tall boots by Ugg and Fashion to Figure.
