LeAnn Rimes Elevates to New Heights in Platform Sandals at ACM Awards 2025
LeAnn Rimes showcased an effortlessly fashionable look in strappy platform sandals while arriving at the American Country Music Awards on Thursday night in Frisco, Texas.
Opting for a slightly hidden look as her gown covered her shoes, the musician’s footwear appeared to be crafted with patent calf leather material, and were characterized by their elegant design. Present on the upper was a medium-sized patent leather strap made in a cream colorway that matched her dress. Emphasized by its open-toe construction, the shoe sat atop a platform base around 2 inches in height. Rounding out the silhouette was a thick heel, clocking in around 5 inches in height.
As for her gown, Wade wore a light beige gown that featured an off-the-shoulder design that showed off her arms and shoulders, and a sheer skirt with an exaggerated train that extended onto the red carpet. Styling her long blonde locks in a side part, she accessorized her ensemble with a necklace.

Strappy sandals have been an on-going trend for celebrities this year, specifically with designer brands such as Louboutin and Jimmy Choo, although many other brands such as Chanel and Stuart Weitzman carry strappy sandals as a part of their footwear lineup, offering the style in many different iterations. Platforms, in-particular, are regarded for their comfort and versatility. Throughout the course of her career, Rimes has been regularly seen in pointed-toe and platform pumps, counting Valentino, Marc Jacobs, Prada, Gucci and more as some of her favorite luxury footwear designers.
