Lauren Sanchez attended the opening of the Diane von Furstenberg: Woman Before Fashion exhibit in Los Angeles on Oct. 15 wearing platform Christian Louboutin pumps.
Sanchez made an appearance at the fashion-focused event with her own style on display, wearing an off-white statement-making midi dress. In an ivory hue, the dress was fitted at the waist and fell into a pencil skirt silhouette. It also featured a scoop neck and ruching across the bodice. She added sparkle to the look with large diamond stud earrings, a slender bracelet and her 30-carat engagement ring from fiancé Jeff Bezos.
Sanchez opted for a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps to accompany her dress. She appeared to be wearing the brand’s Dolly Alta style, or an adjacent silhouette, which features a substantial platform in front lifting the shoe. In a neutral beige shade, the pump also includes a soaring stiletto heel and a smooth leather upper. While many pumps have a razor sharp toe, this style is slightly more rounded in front, softening the aesthetic. The Dolly Alta can currently be found from secondhand sites like Poshmark.
Sanchez appreciates a striking high heel. She wore a pair of sky blue Le Silla pumps in September while promoting her new children’s book “The Fly Who Flew to Space”; she also wore another neutral pair of Louboutins while discussing her literary endeavor. She went with classic black pumps when attending the This Is About Humanity soirée back in August.
