Kristin Chenoweth is ready for the holiday cheer. The actor was on hand Monday in New York City at Netflix‘s Paris Theatre. She was there for a screening of the streamer’s upcoming project “Our Little Secret.”
For the event, Chenoweth wore all red, a color often associated with Christmas time. She paired a strapless bustier top with a pair of cargo-style trousers by The New Arrivals. Both were made of red patent leather. To put a point on the look she wore a pair of pointed-toe shoes.
While Chenoweth’s trousers concealed much of the shoe, her footwear appears to be single-sole pumps. Through some images it is clear that the shoe includes a low cut vamp which is typical of a pump. The performer often wears high heels, and it’s likely that this style is about four inches tall. The heel style is similar to models by designers like Jimmy Choo.
Earlier this month, she wore another red leather outfit. This was for the star-studded premiere of “Wicked” in Los Angeles. For it, the “Glee” actress wore silver metallic sandals. The heeled shoes included embellishments throughout. It was Choo’s Lamba t-strap design.
Chenoweth enjoys a variation of shoe styles and recently wore sparkly shoes from Aquazzura. Earlier this month at another “Wicked” screening in New York City, she wore a pair of sandals from the company. Those shoes included a crystal-embellished T-strap design. They also had a transparent PVC strap across the toes for security.
Leather pointed-toe pump shoes, particularly done in one color, are a classic closet staple. Black, white and red are some of the most versatile iterations, and are a go-to for celebrities for the red carpet and beyond.
