Kristin Cavallari took versatile boots for a spin while visiting New York City.
For a trip to the Balloon Museum in Manhattan with friends Justin Anderson and Austin Rhodes, Cavallari slipped on a pair of black leather booties with smooth uppers and pointed toes. As shared to Instagram, the Uncommon James founder’s style was complete with side zippers and block heels for a sharp height boost.
Cavallari’s boots added a versatile finish to her attire for the occasion: a white top and frayed blue denim jeans, paired with a beige faux fur jacket. The “Very Cavallari” star’s ensemble was finished with gleaming gold hoop earrings, as well as a black leather top-handled crossbody bag.
However, the booties weren’t Cavallari’s only sleek shoe moment while out in New York. Earlier in the week, the “Hills” star also donned knee-high beige suede boots with a light tan shearling coat and houndstooth-printed Anine Bing handbag while visiting the Crosby Street Hotel.

Cavallari’s sharp booties brought a timeless base to her off-duty attire, cementing their status as a go-to fall and winter shoe. The style has become favored for its versatile silhouette and fuller coverage, as well as a relaxed shape due to its thicker heels. Various pairs have been released year-round from an array of labels — including Thursday Boots, Vince Camuto and Marc Fisher — to affirm their position as a closet staple.
