Kelsea Ballerini brought romantic style — with a bejeweled finish — to the red carpet for the 2023 CMA Awards.
While arriving to the occasion in Nashville, Tennessee, Ballerini stepped out with boyfriend Chase Stokes in a set of light pink sandals. The “Rolling Up The Welcome Mat” musician’s style featured a pointed-toe silhouette crafted from smooth silk, which featured thin buckled ankle straps and tall stiletto heels.
Ballerini’s sandals earned a glamorous finish from its large silk bows atop each counter. The pair was complete with sparkling crystal embellishments across its toe straps, bringing the Covergirl ambassador’s heels a bejeweled touch.
Ballerini’s whimsical footwear added a smooth complement to her one-shouldered pink silk dress, which featured a side-gathered bodice and thigh-high slit. The “Love Me Like You Mean It” singer’s piece was glamorously complemented with several delicate rings, as well as dangling diamond chandelier earrings accented with pink teardrop gemstones.

Stokes, meanwhile, contrasted Ballerini in an all-black outfit with leather Western-heeled boots. The “Outer Banks” star’s sharp shoes brought a monochrome finish to his look for the occasion: a matte button-up shirt and trousers, layered beneath a Western-detailed blazer.
The Country Music Awards (CMA’s) celebrate the musical accomplishments of artists within the country genre. This year’s event will be co-hosted by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning in Nashville. Performers for the occasion include Morgan Wallen, Kelsea Ballerini and Luke Combs, among others.
