Kelly Clarkson Soars in Towering Platforms for ‘Jimmy Fallon’ AppearanceÂ
Kelly Clarkson turned a chic look complete with bold platforms on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Friday.
The singer sat down with Fallon before performing her song “Lighthouse” and showed off sky-high black leather boots. The statement style featured a giant platform sole and even bigger heels.
Clarkson paired the bold boots, which gave her petite frame a bit of a boost, with a sheer lace blouse boasting a floral design with buttons and strips of velvet fabric adorning the front. On the bottom, the daytime talk show host wore sleek black high-waisted trousers that her shoes just peaked out from under while she stood.
Clarkson’s visit to “The Tonight Show” comes just days ahead of the premiere of the fifth season of her own NBC talk show on Oct. 16. The multihyphenate’s wardrobe on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” which is known to be a bit bohemian with an edge, includes pieces from luxury brands Gucci and Saint Laurent, as well as more affordable retailers like Zara and Asos.
