Keke Palmer co-hosted the “Vanity Fair And Instagram Present Vanities: A Night for Young Hollywood” party in Los Angeles on Feb. 26 wearing a gold vintage Dior gown and a pair of nearly invisible PVC mules.
Additional hosts of the soirée, put on by Vanity Fair and Instagram, included Monica Barbaro, Aaron Pierre and Anna Sawai.
Palmer, fresh off of winning Entertainer of the Year at the NAACP Image Awards this month, was a sight to behold in an archival Dior look which made a strong statement with an eye-catching shade of shimmering gold and a daring waist-high slit.
For her footwear, Palmer looked to be wearing Femme LA’s Azúcar Slipper – Oro, which is a mule with a pointed gold sole, transparent PVC upper and silver stiletto heel.
The minimalist clear PVC strap almost gave the illusion of Palmer walking barefoot; the metallic sole and heel, however, stood out and aligned with the glamour of the actress’ Dior dress. Additionally, the insole and outsole are both vegan. This particular Femme LA shoe retails for $199.
Palmer is well acquainted with the world of stylish footwear. Whether it’s a more affordable pair like the heels she displayed from Femme LA yesterday or a pair of Christian Louboutin boots or Rene Caovilla sandals, her shoes help her make memorable fashion statements.
