Katie Holmes made a stylish appearance in New York City on Tuesday as she chatted on the phone during a stroll in downtown Manhattan.
The actress styled a navy blue knitted cotton bouclé maxi dress with white ballet flats. The dress she wore by British luxury label Me + Em features cream-colored piping and vertical stripes adorning the flared skirt, a cutout detail on the back and a fringed hem. She paired the nautical summer frock with Mary Jane-style ballerina flats from her collaboration with A.P.C.
The flats are designed with a pointed toe, a crinkled patent leather upper, a T-bar strap near the toe and an ankle strap that adjusts via a silvertone metal buckle.
