Kathy Hilton Wears Shimmering Stilettos for Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars 2025 Party
Kathy Hilton dazzled in a gold sequined minidress on the red carpet on Sunday in Los Angeles at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s footwear was a pair of Dior Or Dior Tribales Slingback Pumps. The slingback heels had statement pearl embellishments that curved around the heel. Part of the Dior Or capsule, the Dior Tribales slingback pump displays a gold-tone laminated lambskin upper, which is accented by a 4-inch comma heel adorned with a silver-tone strass-studded pearl with the CD signature and a white resin pearl. The pump also has a pointed toe.
The gold heels complemented her show-stopping gold frock, gold top-handle clutch and gold jewelry. Hilton is known for keeping up with the latest footwear trends, and the former FN cover star is a fan of the pointed-toe shoe.

For Sutton Stracke’s fashion show in July, she wore a pair of black pointed-toe boots with a gold chain embellishment across the front. For the April “An Unforgettable Evening” Benefit for the Women’s Cancer Research Fund, she wore teal leather pointed-toe heels with a light blue lace cut-out dress. In 2023, Hilton attended the Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS in a pair of crystal-embellished Versace slingback heels with a sharp pointed toe.
She also often wears heels with sparkly or whimsical accents. When Hilton hosted Hulu’s competition series “Dress My Tour” last July, she wore sandals with a bejeweled bow across the toes. At the front row of Max Mara’s 2025 Resort Show in June, Hilton wore playful blush pink strappy sandals with large blooming flowers at the toes.
The 2025 Oscars, officially known as the 97th Academy Awards, are set to take place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday. The ceremony will honor movies released in 2024. Conan O’Brian will host the event that will celebrate films like “Wicked,” “The Substance,” “The Brutalist, “A Complete Unknown,” “Emilia Perez” and more. Notable nominees for acting categories include Zoe Saldaña, Ariana Grande, Demi Moore, Colman Domingo and more.
