Kathy Hilton stepped out in crystal-embellished pumps for the Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS. The television personality attended the event held at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles with her husband, Richard Hilton. She wore a black dress with poofy sleeves, cutouts and flashy bows down the front paired with black satin pumps featuring a pointy toe adorned with a crystal applique.
The slingback style’s heel offered up an angular, architectural design.
The mother of Paris and Nicky Hilton accessorized with silver diamond-studded hoop earrings and a small glittering top-handle pouch bag.
Taking to social media, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed her cutout dress is by Australian designer Rebecca Vallance. Her daughter-in-law Tessa Hilton showed off the same design on Instagram. Paris Hilton actually donned a similar version of the look at a recent signing for her new memoir, too.

The Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS event was hosted by Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance and backed by Bulgari. It included a dinner, an auction in partnership with Christie’s and a performance by Gladys Knight. Other guests of note include Paris Jackson, EJ Johnson and Jennifer Tilly.
