Joey King attended the “Despicable Me 4” premiere held on Sunday in New York. King was joined by her fellow cast members Dana Gaier, Chloe Fineman, Madison Polan, Will Ferrell, Kristen Wiig, Steve Carell and Miranda Cosgrove.
For the occasion, King sported a pair of sleek and sheer Gianvito Rossi Plexi pumps in white. Retailing for $815, the style features a pointed-toe construction crafted of plush white leather and see-through plexi on the sides, offering a dynamic touch.
The pumps were set atop 4-inch stiletto heels, offering the “Bullet Train” star a substantial boost in height. Handmade in Italy, Gianvito Rossi’s Plexi pumps come in a variety of sizes from 34 through 42. Beyond white, the silhouette comes in black, neutral and red, offering styles for just about everyone. Gianvito Rossi features a slew of silhouettes for both men and women from lofty platforms to strappy sandals and slides. Beyond footwear, the Italian footwear brand also features accessories including bags and belts.

Opting for a futuristic feel, King wore a look from Sportmax’s summer 2024 collection in a summer seafoam green hue. The style was sleeveless and crafted of a high-shine fabric that was subtly sheered out at the bodice. The garment was form-fitted and included exaggerated structural shoulders and a bottom half akin to a pencil skirt featuring a sheer vinyl overlay. This extra layer offered King’s look a dynamic feel, while mirroring the plexi detailing in her footwear.
For shoes, King’s footwear styles vary from sleek to whimsical. The “Wish Upon” star’s red carpet looks often incorporate heeled sandals and pointed-toe pumps, hailing from brands including Givenchy, Roger Vivier, Andrea Wazen and Larroudé. She’s also been seen in similar styles by affordable labels, including Kenneth Cole and Jeffrey Campbell. Off-duty, King regularly wears lace-up and hiking boots, as well as Adidas slides and Converse sneakers.
