First lady Dr. Jill Biden surprised 2024 Teacher of the Year, Missy Testerman, live on “CBS Mornings” with Gayle King, Tony Dokoupil, and Nate Burleson on Monday. For the special occasion, Biden opted for a pair of Valentino patent leather slingback shoes.
