Jennifer Garner was seen at Comic-Con in San Diego, Calif. on Thursday night to promote her latest role in “Deadpool & Wolverine”. 

After 20 years since first playing the role of Elektra in “Daredevil” with ex-husband Ben Affleck, Garner has reprised her role in the new sequel. The movie is set to have a star-studded lineup of cameos with Garner being one of them. Other stars from the movie were in attendance including Channing Tatum, Chris Evans and Hugh Jackman, who plays one of the leads in the upcoming Marvel film.

She joined the rest of the cast on stage wearing a red Roland Mouret minidress that featured a unique diagonal off-the-shoulder neckline. 

Along with a pair of silver earrings and a ring, she completed the look with a set of black sandals. The satin pair featured a criss cross strap that created a knotted detail that laid at the center of the almond toe. A thin ankle strap supported the height coming from the stiletto heel that was at least 4 inches tall.

The barely-there style is especially popular among stars like Poppy Delevingne, Chrissy Teigen and Rita Ora, who graced the carpet at the “Descendants: The Rise Of Red” premiere earlier this month wearing a pair from the luxury shoe label Jimmy Choo. 

Strappy sandals are a staple shoe during the summer months because of its ability to compliment a look that showcases the legs like rompers or minidresses. Strappy sandals have kept a consistent presence in the retail market, however, it gained heightened popularity after designers like Yves Saint Laurent brought the trend back for their spring 2019 collections.
