Jennifer Garner Combats the Rain in The Row Brown Suede Sneakers

Jennifer Garner was photographed in New York City Saturday while in town to promote her company Once Upon a Farm, which makes organic snacks and meals for kids.

Whether she’s working out, staying in, or running errands, Garner is a big fan of a variety of sneakers. Staying true to that sentiment, the Texas native laced up a pair of chunky brown and gray Owen runner sneakers from The Row featuring brown suede and nylon uppers.

Retailing for $759, the retro-inspired footwear came equipped with chunky rubber soles set on an oversized silhouette with sleek white laces. Additionally, the sneakers featured a thick non-slip tread that offered the thespian’s footwear a more secure fit. A closet staple for many, chunky sneakers often acts as a blank canvas for a multitude of patterns and vibrant colors given the shoes versatile nature. Combatting the gloomy New York City weather, the “13 Going on 30” star was outfitted in a chunky collared light gray zip-up worn on top of a black T-shirt. On the bottom, the businesswoman donned cozy black high-waisted leggings made of a stretchy and breathable fabric that offered Garner a wide range of movement. Rounding out her look, Garner sported a pair of short gold hoop earrings and wore her short brown tresses parted to one side, set in waves that framed her features.

When it comes to shoes, the “Adam Project” actress regularly wears athletic sneakers that are ideal for school pickups or running, from brands such as Brooks, Newton, Glycerin, and Nike. However, contemporary styles by high-fashion brands have also entered her rotation, including Brunello Cucinelli oxfords, Chloé sandals, and sneakers by Gucci, Prada, and Isabel Marant.
