Jason Momoa and his daughter Lola Iolani Momoa took the dress code seriously for “The Bikeriders” premiere. The duo was on the theme for the Hollywood event, arriving on a motorcycle in coordinated distressed outfits. While the younger Momoa wore Dr. Martens, the elder opted for faded brown leather boots.
It was a family affair for the actor and his 16-year-old daughter as they attended the June 17 premiere of Jeff Nichols’ upcoming crime/thriller film, held at the TCL Chinese Theatre. Starring Austin Butler, Jody Comer and Tom Hardy, “The Bikeriders” is a gritty drama focusing on the evolution of a motorcycle club in the midwest.
The Momoas leaned into the classic biker style for the premiere. The elder wore a pair of beige pants with a worn-in quality, complete with rips and dirt stains. He paired them with a long-sleeve shirt with thick black and white stripes; on top of this, he wore a green vest with various red patches referencing his native Pacific Islander heritage. Both father and daughter wore black sunglasses to tie their outfits together.
On his feet, the “Aquaman” star wore a pair of distressed brown leather boots; they were designed with a rounded toe and a slight heel. They also featured a strap that buckled across the middle of the shoe.

Meanwhile, Lola Iolani wore a pair of faded loose blue jeans speckled with white. She paired the jeans with a skull-and-crossbones t-shirt and a classic black leather jacket with sharp lapels and sleeves that appeared as if faded to brown.
For her footwear, Lola Iolani completed the biker ensemble with a classic pair of platform Doc Martens. The patent leather laced boots gave her extra height and added an additional edge to her punk aesthetic.
Jason Momoa has ventured into the footwear business himself, having collaborated with the climbing apparel brand So iLL to debut a thong sandal last year. Momoa had previously partnered with the brand to launch sustainable products as part of his ongoing environmental advocacy efforts.
A fan of outdoor shoes, Momoa presented Birkenstock with the Brand of the Year award at the 2020 FN Achievement Awards.
