On Saturday, Bieber stepped out to pick up an iced coffer in a set of black leather boots. The Rhode founder’s round-toed style featured smooth, tan knee-high shafts with two side tabs. The set was complete with thick black soles and short heels, which totaled at least 2 inches in height to bring her a subtle burst of elevation.
