Gayle King brought red-hot style to New York City on Tuesday when she attended “Cabaret” at the KitKat Club wearing Kate Spade heels.
The “CBS Morning” co-host watched a special showing of the musical before its official revival at the August Wilson Theatre on April 21. Other stars attended the show last night including Ashley Graham, Alexander Wang and Zoe Kravitz. This will be the fifth time “Cabaret” will open on Broadway. The original production originally ran for three years in the 60s, before it received a film adaptation and a Tony Award for Best Musical.
Lately, King has been updating pointed-toe pumps with vibrant colors and playful textures. She attended the 2024 CMT Music Awards earlier this month wearing the style in lime green metallic leather. Just before this appearance, she attended the Museum of Modern Arts’ 2024 Black Arts Council Benefit wearing suede pointed-toe purple pumps. During a “CBS Mornings” segment on April 3, she played with patterns in a white and green floral version of the popular silhouette.

About The Shoes
King continued her streak with this red pair of Kate Spade heels. A small bow embellished the striped clear design that sat along the vamp, just before the pointed cap toe. A thin strap connected the front of the upper to the one that wrapped around her ankle. The patent leather sandals were completed with a heel that featured a gold metallic look on the inner part of the stiletto that sat about 4 inches tall.
