Eva Longoria took sky-high heels for a spin at her 11th annual event with the Global Gift Foundation.
While hosting the soirée with the nonprofit in Paris, France on Saturday, Longoria hit the red carpet in a towering pair of platform sandals. The “Desperate Housewives” actress‘ style featured smooth black uppers with satin toe and ankle straps, all set atop thick platform soles. Thin, rectangular heels with a glossy orange lining completed the pair with a sharp burst of elevation.
Longoria’s sharp footwear brought a formal finish to her outfit for the occasion: a silky one-shouldered black gown with a dramatic asymmetric skirt and bodice, each featuring a layer of sheer black pleating. The dynamic piece was complete with a twisted hip accent, as well as a flared allover wood print in various hues of brown and black for a two-toned statement.
The “Flamin’ Hot” director’s outfit was elevated with a thin flower-shaped chain and hinged bangle bracelets, each covered in sparkling diamonds. Her look was finished with a set of glistening diamond earrings, featuring flower-shaped posts that curved into dark purple gemstone drops for a glimmer of tonal color. The jewels caught the light as Longoria mingled with guests for the occasion — including French musician Kendji Girac.
Longoria is an avid sneaker collector frequently sharing photos and videos of her at-home workouts on social media in shoes from Nike, New Balance, Asics and more. The actress, director, and producer has also added “designer” to her resume with a trend-based footwear collection, made in collaboration with European retailers Eobuwie and Modivo. For more formal occasions, however, Longoria favors pointed-toe pump and sleek sandals from high-end brands like Christian Louboutin, Victoria Beckham and Gianvito Rossi, among others.
