Beyond her extensive and impressive body of work as an actress, Emily Blunt is also an exceedingly fashionable figure.

In honor of Blunt receiving a 2024 Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in “Oppenheimer,” FN is breaking down some of the British thespian’s best footwear moments throughout her career thus far.

Offering her look a shiny touch, Blunt donned silver and gold leather backless mules from Malone Souliers. The heeled mules featured thin gold straps that fastened the footwear to the thespian’s feet along with sharp pointed toes. The shoes were mostly silver and sat on top of 3-inch gold stiletto heels. The brand’s Maureen 70 style mule also comes in black + gold velvet, black leather, nude leather and wine rose gold with a satin finish, among a variety of other colorways. Prices of the mule vary depending on the material and colorway.

Accompanying her mules, the thespian was outfitted in a sage green gown crafted of shiny satin fabric. Blunt’s dress featured a collared neckline with long sleeves, zipper closures on the back and dramatic bulbous shoulders.

For the fashionable occasion, Blunt wore a pair of Titi Adesa pumps in a bright orange shade. The Agra “Tangerine” featured textural suede uppers that transitioned into angular pointed toes and 3- to 4-inch stiletto heels that rounded out the bright set.

Coordinating with her striking citrus footwear, Blunt wore an equally bold orange Christopher John Rogers suit. The set featured a slightly oversized blazer and wide-leg trousers, accented with black buttons. The “Quiet Place” star also wore her suit without a visible top, creating a “topless” suiting moment.

For the award show, Blunt donned a pair of suede and satin black Jimmy Choo heels. The pointy-toed pumps featured thick and sturdy straps that were threaded through ornate sparkly crystal-embellished buckles that sat just below the thespian’s ankles, offering the shoe silhouette a dazzling touch. Thin 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels finished off the neutral set.

An ultra chic black printed suit from Dolce & Gabbana featuring a silky black ruffled trim accompanied by an oversized bow tie. During the event, Blunt twinned with her husband John Krasinski, who was also wearing a suit.

While promoting her film “Mary Poppins Returns,” Blunt wore a pair of black strappy Gianvito Rossi sandal heels. The footwear features shiny satin uppers that transitioned into thick and sturdy straps that sat atop the thespian’s toes and around her ankles. The shoes also included rounded breezy open toes and 3 to 4-inch heels that offered Blunt a conservative and walkable boost.

The “Looper” actress accompanied her sandal heels with a floral printed Zuhair Murad dress from the brand’s Fall 2018 couture collection.

For the star-studded benefit, Blunt sported a pair of glamorous gilded Rosalind Crystal 100 sandal heels from Sofia Webster. The footwear was comprised of dazzling shiny gold uppers accompanied by breezy open toes and three thin but sturdy straps that secured the pair in place. Additionally, the gilded footwear included buckle closures and 4-inch crystalized beaded stiletto heels that offered the footwear a dazzling finish.

Blunt paired her gilded footwear with a bright red flamenco-inspired midi-length dress.

Bringing on the gilded glam, Blunt sported a pair of winged Sophia Webster Evangeline sandals in white. The style was crafted of white leather uppers accompanied by metallic gold accents. Gold wings were fastened to the heels of each shoe, giving the pair a touch of drama. Buckle closures, also in gold, secured the sandals in place while thin 4-inch stilettos offered the pair a boost.

Matching her dresses, Blunt was outfitted in a white and gold Lela Rose dress featuring a metallic gold trim. The dress was belted and featured a collared neckline.

On the footwear front, Blunt donned a pair of platform snakeskin Grey Rowan platform sandals from JustFab. The footwear featured gray snakeskin-embossed uppers accompanied by thin intersecting straps and breezy open toes. Additionally, the British thespian’s shoes featured thick platforms and 2 to 3-inch stilettos, providing Blunt a boost. Silver buckle closures fixed the set in place.

Along with her snakeskin footwear, Blunt wore a white sleeveless Tory Burch dress made of reclaimed silk tulle.

Platforms of the sandal variety, seem to be a favorite of Blunt’s, especially back in the day. The thespian wore a pair of sky-high platform gladiator sandals to the 15th annual Critics’ Choice Awards featuring a silver, black and gold color scheme. The footwear featured sheer mesh paneling, black lace-up closures tied in dainty bow detailing, gold trim and crisscrossing straps that secured the pair in place. Thick platform soles and 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels rounded out the set, sending Blunt to new heights.

The sandals were comprised of metallic gold and black leather straps that sat across the star’s toes and around her ankles, securing the footwear in place. Tear drop-shaped gemstones were fitted to the front of each sandal, offering the silhouette an undeniable shine. 3 to 4-inch stiletto hees rounded out the dazzling set, providing the British thespian a boost.

Accompanying her gilded sandals, Blunt wore a black midi-length dress layered beneath a cardigan. The skirt of the dress was quilted and flared at the hem.

Reflecting the Y2K movement of the time, Blunt attended the 2004 British Independent Film Awards in a pair of peachy pink satin slingback kitten heels fitted with bronzy sequin detailing on the toes. The footwear featured triangular toes with thin but sturdy straps that wound around the thespian’s heels, securing the heels in place. Short 1 to 2-inch stiletto heels rounded out the set, solidifying the style in the “kitten” heel variety.

The Golden Globes will air on CBS on Jan. 7 at 8 p.m. ET.
