Ellie Goulding attended Tamara Ralph’s couture fall 2024 show held during Paris Fashion Week on Monday in Look 1 from the designer’s collection. Beyond Goulding, other notable show attendees included Avril Lavigne, Jessica Wang and Leonie Hanne, among others.
Sat front row, the “Love Me Like You Do” singer wore a pair of glossy black pumps. The classic style featured high-shine patent leather uppers accompanied by sharp triangular pointed toes, arched soles and 2 to 3-inch stiletto heels that lifted the performer to new heights. The soles of Goulding’s footwear appeared to be red, a notable trademark of Christian Louboutin.
Along with her sophisticated footwear, the “Burn” singer wore a sculptural dress in black featuring a corset bodice, lengthy sleeves and a maxi skirt made of pearls strung together. The skirt created a chainmail effect, offering Goulding’s garment dimension. Accompanying her unique dress, the star sported a see-through sun hat made of a black fabric. Topping it all off, Goulding wore black sunglasses with gold frames.
The “Anything Could Happen” singer has gained much attention for her adventurous style choices. For red carpet appearances, she is often seen in embellished pumps, like the snakeskin shoes she wore for her Grammy Museum performance in Los Angeles in March 2023, or vibrant sandals hailing from top brands like Gianvito Rossi and Christian Louboutin. She has also been a fan of the class black pump, similar to the style she sported in Paris, like the pair she wore with her two-piece leather ensemble at the Serpentine Summer Party last July.
When she’s off duty, she tends to gravitate towards edgier pieces of footwear, like platform combat boots and pointed toe boots with buckles and other chunky hardware.
Haute couture week attracts all types of celebrities, from fashion legends like Naomi Campbell to pop punk rockers like Avril Lavigne attending luxury brand shows, which come to a close at the end of June.
