All of Doja Cat’s Coachella 2024 Headline Shoes: Hairy Boots, Space-Age Mesh Thigh-Highs and More
Doja Cat closed out Coachella 2024 Weekend One on Sunday with an energetic rap-centric set featuring a bevy of futuristic and furry costumes complete with new, wild footwear for each new look. The “Agora Hills” rapper donned five different pairs of shoes during her headline set from white sneakers to blond hair-covered stiletto boots.
The rapper and singer opened her set with Scarlet 2 CLAUDE opener “ACKNOWLEDGE ME,” wearing a hazmat suit and all-white sneakers featuring rubber caging. During her set, a bevy of dancers joined her in coordinating, eccentric styles and energetic moves. It was her first time performing “ACKNOWLEDGE ME” live, as well as her collaborations with A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage and Teezo Touchdown, all of whom made guest appearances.
Underneath the suit’s hood, she revealed an extra-long blonde wig, which would star in hairy look. For this one, she embraced the hairy shoe trend, as seen on Julia Fox, with boots that hit right below the knee and were completely covered in long blonde hair. During this part of the set, her dancers were also covered in long blonde hair, with some looking like Yetis.

The hair didn’t stop there. Another look was centered on white shearling fur, featuring another pair of below-the-knee boots. These shoes featured all-over off-white fur that matched her outfit, a rounded toe, tie detailing at the front, and approximately 3-inch stiletto heels.
Doja Cat’s other two looks were just as bizarre and unique, yet with a more futuristic tilt. She paired a yellowy mesh bodysuit with slouchy mid-calf stiletto boots made of shiny yellow and brown patent leather.
The fifth pair of shoes worn by the “Paint The Town Red” rapper brought the see-through shoe trend to outer space. The tall white mesh boots reached all the way to her upper thighs and featured oblong iridescent bubbles, like alien egg sacks or armor, covering the legs. These boots also featured an approximately two-inch cone heel.
She closed her packed set with “Paint the Town Red” and “Wet Vagina” but left out her pop-leaning hits, including “Say So” and “Kiss Me More.” Lana Del Rey headlined Friday while Tyler, The Creator performed the main Saturday slot. The headliners, along with the rest of the performers on the packed Coachella 2024 lineup, will return to the Indio desert to do it again for weekend 2.
