Diane Kruger Goes Crispy White With Thong Sandals at Human Prize Event During Cannes Film Festival 2024

Diane Kruger was spotted attending the Human Prize at the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival at Villa Forbes in France on Thursday afternoon wearing a pair of all-white strappy sandals.
The shoes were cut with patent leather, and constructed with thick straps criss-crossing into the midfoot and extending into the ankle. Crafted in an all-white color, the upper sat on top of leather outsole, which itself was likely completed by a stiletto heel measuring between 3 and 4 inches. Throughout her week in Cannes thus far, the actress has been in a number of fashionable footwear styles, including the Roman Romance sandal 85 from Aquazzura.
For her upscale appearances, pumps and stilettos are what she typically chooses for footwear. Last year, she attended the COS Atelier SS23 fashion show at Hotel D’Evreux in Paris wearing a pair of white pointed-toe pumps. The neutral footwear consisted of sharp pointed toes and sat on a walkable stiletto heel base, standing at approximately 3 to 4 inches in height. When not wearing high heels, Kruger tends to go for flat strappy sandals, which she wore this past August to the “Visions” photocall during day three of the 16th Angouleme French-Speaking Film Festival.

For the Human Prize event in Cannes, Kruger paired her strappy sandals with a white mini dress featuring an extended sheer hemline at the bottom. She accessorized the look with her signature cat-eye sunglasses and matching white pearl earrings. The actress’ hair was styled in loose wavy curls, which framed her face nicely. As for her makeup, Kruger kept it simple with a “no makeup” look.
