Diana Ross had everyone starstruck as she hit the stage to present the award for Song of the Year at the 2025 Grammys on Sunday.
The legendary performer, who rose to fame in the ’60s as the lead singer of The Supremes, served a glamorous look for the special night. Ross wore a fabulous Dolce & Gabbana jumpsuit covered in shimmering silver crystals, a look that seemed to serve as a nod to the dazzling outfits she would wear throughout the ’70s. On top, she donned a sheer white tulle coat finished with sparkling rhinestone-embellished wrist cuffs and a dramatic train.
As for shoes, the “I’m Coming Out” hitmaker showed off a pair of soaring wedge sandals that matched her jumpsuit perfectly. The style combined a strappy upper with thick platform soles and towering wedge heels adorned with silver rhinestones. The chunky, crystal-embellished heels looked to be between 5 and 6 inches high.
Ross, also known as the “Queen of Motown Records,” accessorized her glistening getup with matching, shoulder-skimming earrings reminiscent of chandeliers.
The 80-year-old “Endless Love” singer presented Kendrick Lamar with the award for Best Song for his hit 2024 diss track “Not Like Us.” Lamar, who is slated to perform at the Super Bowl on Sunday (Feb. 9), bowed to Ross before giving his second speech of the night.
At the height of her career in the ’70s, Ross was known for her disco style. She often wore metallic jumpsuits, dresses made up of glistening appliques, and glittering shoes.
The 67th annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday ( Feb. 2) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and aired on CBS. Beyoncé picked up Album of the Year and Best Country Album for “Cowboy Carter,” while Kendrick Lamar took home Song of Year and Record of the Year for “Not Like Us.” Chappell Roan won Best New Artist and Sabrina Carpenter’s “Short n’ Sweet” was awarded Best Pop Vocal Album. Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and more took the stage to perform.
