Daisy Edgar-Jones Promotes ‘On Swift Horses’ in Whimsical Bright Red Mary Jane Block Heels While in New York

Daisy Edgar-Jones was spotted in New York yesterday promoting her new romance film “On Swift Horses.” The film is set to release on April 25.
The “Twisters” star opted for a vibrant moment, popping into a pair of bright red Mary Jane-inspired block heels. Whimsical in nature, the chosen pair featured glossy patent leather uppers in a ruby red hue, accompanied by unique square toes and numerous thin straps threaded through adjustable gold buckle closures.
The strap detailing sat across the tops of Edgar-Jones’ feet, securing the shoe in place. Beyond being practical, the gold buckle accents offered the silhouette a high-shine finish. Block heels standing at 2 to 3 inches in height rounded out the colorful set, creating height and length. The shoe’s color scheme is playful and spring-centric, drawing the eye towards the feet. Layered overtop, Edgar-Jones wore a bright blue leather jacket featuring turtleshell buttons and ample pockets. On the accessory front, the thespian donned a fringy bolo tie paired with thin Gucci sunglasses and a black leather Chloe bag.
The British thespian has a love for vintage-inspired silhouettes. Whether it be boho-esque booties, sleek pumps or Mary Janes, Edgar-Jones gravitates towards footwear with neutral color schemes and unique detailing from square toes to platform soles.
