Coco Jones Wears Strappy Black Stilettos With Tiny Buckles for Oscars 2025 Red Carpet
Coco Jones wore a custom Coach sequined black gown at the red carpet in Los Angeles at the 2025 Academy Awards on Sunday.
The Grammy-nominated “Taste” star’s footwear pick was a pair of minimalist strappy black stilettos with a supportive heel counter. The straps featured dainty silver buckles.
Jones was styled by Maeve Reilly, who also styles Eva Longoria and Zedd. Her glamorous black gown was embellished with sequins and a velvet bow. It also had a black peekaboo bralette, a thigh-high slit and floor-length train. She accessorized with a diamond pendant necklace and a matching black sparkly clutch.
The “Love Is War” singer’s shoe style has evolved since she wore comfortable grey Toms to the Fifth Annual Kidstock Music and Arts Festival in 2011.
Jones is a fan of the strappy sandal. At Marco’s 2025 pre-Oscar party on Friday, she wore strappy Alevi Milano Jacklyn 095 gloss gladiator sandals. At the 2024 Grammys, she wore strappy silver metallic Le Silla sandals with her plunging, semi-sheer ice blue mesh gown.

At the 2024 US Open last September, she wore Black Suede Studio’s white Arianna sandal, which had two pieces of Brazilian leather criss-crossed over the top of the foot.
The 2025 Oscars, officially known as the 97th Academy Awards, are set to take place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday. The ceremony will honor movies released in 2024. Conan O’Brian will host the event that will celebrate films like “Wicked,” “The Substance,” “The Brutalist, “A Complete Unknown,” “Emilia Perez” and more. Notable nominees for acting categories include Zoe Saldaña, Ariana Grande, Demi Moore, Colman Domingo and more.
