Chrissy Teigen Did an Outfit Change Backstage at the 2025 Grammy Awards and Slipped Into Strappy PVC Sandals

Chrissy Teigen served major looks yesterday at the 2025 Grammy Awards held in Los Angeles. Joined by her husband John Legend, Teigen delivered glamor, switching out of her red carpet look for something a little more glitzy.
The model sat down for the show in a pair of silver metallic sandal heels with a see-through twist. The chosen footwear included leather uppers with a high-shine metallic silver finish accompanied by clear PVC straps that secured the style in place.
Sturdy silver buckle closures gave way to stiletto heels standing at around 3 to 4 inches in height. The mix of leather and PVC offered textural contrast while the metallic finish modernized the otherwise simplistic sandal style.
