Chloe Bailey Goes For Gold in Gilded Sandal Heels at the Los Angeles Premiere of Disney’s ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’

Chloe Bailey attended the Los Angeles premiere of Disney’s “Mufasa: The Lion King” held on Monday. Beyond Bailey, notable attendees included Beyoncé and her daughter Blue Ivy, Jay-Z, Jordyn Woods and Heidi Klum.
For the red carpet event, the “Have Mercy” songstress sported a pair of metallic gold sandal heels. The shoe pick included sharp open toes, thick and sturdy straps and glistening gilded metallic leather uppers. Although they weren’t visible beneath the hem of her grown, it’s likely Bailey’s footwear choice also included stiletto heels.

Gold, silver or bronze, metallic styles have become exceedingly popular over the years, especially for formal occasions. The shiny finish imparts a formal feel without much effort.

On the outfit front, Bailey donned a bluish-black gown crafted of sheer material flecked with shiny flecks of silver. The garment featured a floor-sweeping train and a strapless bodice. The garment was draped in a manner that created a form-fitted body-con silhouette.
The “Grown-ish” actress has been spotted in styles like strappy thong sandals and chunky sneakers from Tamara Mellon, Balenciaga and other brands. She also wears Allbirds sneakers when off-duty. Additionally, the multihyphenate phenom has an extensive resume in the fashion industry, having appeared in campaigns and on runways for Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana and Louis Vuitton.
Disney’s “Mufasa: The Lion King” is a 2024 adventure and musical prequel adapted from the beloved film “ The Lion King.” The film tells the backstory of Mufasa following a chance meeting which sets in motion an expansive journey of a group of misfits searching for their destiny. The film is set to release on Dec. 20 and features stars like Beyonce, Blue Ivy, Aaron Pierre, Mads Mikkelsen, Donald Glover, Seth Rogen and Keith David, among others.
