Chloe Bailey attended Bette Midler’s Annual Hulaween Bash held on Friday in New York. The hitmaker was dressed as Halle Berry’s character in “Catwoman.”
For the party, Bailey donned a pair of striking black thigh-high boots. The “Do It” songstress’ thigh-high footwear featured extremely pleasing glossy vinyl uppers featuring contrasting white stitching that transitioned into pointed toes.
The striking set also included thin stiletto heels that stood at an estimated 2 to 3 inches in height, offering the “Have Mercy” songstress a subtle lift. Often considered the sexiest boot silhouette, thigh-high boots most often stop mid-thigh for an elongated leg-climbing look. The style is a perfect piece for any wardrobe, especially as we move into the fall and winter seasons. Thigh-high boots, no matter the style, are a favorite of many top celebrities, Bailey included.
Bailey’s “Catwoman” costume was constructed out of an equally glossy vinyl fabric. The performer’s look was comprised of a corseted strappy bodysuit featuring a plunging bodice accompanied by a high-neck collared neckline and long sleeves. Bailey also sported visor-like sunglasses in black which she wore with silver hoops. The “Swarm” star wore her lengthy brown locks gathered up into a high ponytail, styled up and out of her face.

The “Grown-ish” actress has been spotted in styles like strappy thong sandals and chunky sneakers from Tamara Mellon, Balenciaga and other brands. She also wears Allbirds sneakers when off-duty. Additionally, the multihyphenate phenom has an extensive resume in the fashion industry, having appeared in campaigns and on runways for Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana and Louis Vuitton.
