Charlize Theron opted for a casual footwear choice for an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in Los Angeles on Thursday, donning a pair of sandals to accompany her blazer and skirt ensemble. The actress is currently promoting the upcoming Netflix film “The Old Guard 2.”
Working with her stylist Leslie Fremar, Theron dressed for the occasion in a black blazer with no top visible underneath, allowing for a deep V-neck moment; the blazer featured a satiny peak lapel and knotted belt cinching the waist. This was paired with a sheer black tiered skirt which flowed to her sandal-clad feet. Her aesthetic also included a makeup look by Kate Lee, a blonde bob styled by Adir Abergel and nails by Zola Ganzorigt.
Eschewing a high heel style for the talk show engagement, Theron kept things comfortable with black leather sandals that featured two thick buckled straps across the foot.
While she might step out in more formal shoes like Schiaparelli heels when she feels so moved, Theron would appear to be a strong supporter of Birkenstock. She attended an event in 2020 celebrating the launch of the brand’s first 1774 collection, showcasing a white criss-cross sandal for that occasion. Additionally, her stylist Fremar partnered with Birkenstock in 2023 to help support breast cancer.
