Charles Melton made a chic statement on the red carpet for this year’s Unforgettable Gala.
On Saturday, the “May December” star hit the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton for the occasion in a sharp all-black outfit — which was smoothly finished by Bode’s signature House shoes. Melton’s $690 style featured a round-toed silhouette with smooth black uppers and low heels, inspired by the relaxed nature of indoor house shoes.
Melton’s easygoing shoes brought a contemporary, modern take to the classic slip-on loafer with their formal appearance and minimalist shape. However, the style also similarly added a formal base to the actor’s attire for the occasion, streamlining it with a clean finish.
Indeed, Melton leaned into dark hues while hitting the red carpet in a jet-black ensemble styled by Samantha McMillen. The “Riverdale” star’s attire prominently featured a sharply collared black blazer with a cinched side tie, creating an elegant silhouette atop wide Isabel Marent trousers. Melton’s look was complete with gleaming Anita Ko earrings, providing him with a dash of glamour for the occasion.
The Unforgettable Gala was held in Beverly Hills, recognizing the accomplishments of Asian Americans in film and television. Sponsored by Lexus, the occasion’s numerous star attendees included Lana Condor, Charles Melton, Jamie Chung and more.
