Cassie opted for a casual look for a day in New York City on Monday.
The “Long Way 2 Go” singer was spotted wearing a cropped dark gray hoodie and wore it with her hood up. She paired the zip up with a pair of light wide-leg jeans in a light wash. She accessorized the look with a pair of hoop earrings and blackout sunglasses.
Cassie completed the look by slipping into a pair of Adidas Sambas. The white sneakers featured a leather upper accompanied by a light gray suede toe overlay and a ribbed tongue. The low top set brought contrast with a dark brown rubber sole and three black stripes to the side of the lace-up closure. The shoes were created in 1950 for football players training in frozen outdoor pitches. The pair currently retails for $100.
This outing comes a week after the singer was seen in another pair of Samba sneakers during a dinner with friends. She opted for an all-black pair to complete a monochrome look that included a T-shirt and a bucket hat. This was the singer’s first outing since her ex, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, was arrested.

The singer also starred in a few campaigns for brands like Forever 21 and SKIMS.
Her latest modeling venture led her into the footwear space where she was the face of Jessica Rich’s holiday 2022 campaign. She collaborated with the designer on a collection that included seven stiletto-heeled pieces.
