Cardi B was keeping a little pregnancy secret from the world that she’s just revealed over the past week. Like many, however, she hasn’t let pregnancy slow her down one bit when it’s come to her fashion statements.
Over the past few months, the “Money” star has showcased quite a bit of notable footwear looks ranging from Adidas Sambas to casual flats that are equal parts stylish and comfortable. Here is a look at some of her best pregnancy shoe moments over the summer while not revealing her pregnancy news to the public.
Classic Flats
In July, the musician was spotted leaving Cesar Restaurant in Paris, France in a comfortable pair of Maison Margiela Tabi Ballerina Flats in black. For the occasion, she wore a floral maternity dress, which she accessorized with a large silver crossbody bag and a choker necklace. Wearing her hair in bangs, she kept her makeup minimal.

Platform Heels
For the Marc Jacobs show held at The New York Public Library in early July, Cardi B was spotted in a pair of Marc Jacobs’ cult Kiki platform ankle boots, which included a strappy design in the front, a chunky platform base that measured between 3-to-4 inches in height and a thick platform heel that clocked in-between 4-to-5 inches in height. She paired her eye-catching shoes with a feathery floral frock from Jacobs’ spring 2020 collection and a pair of sunglasses.
Leather Boots
For her mini concert for BET Experience Presents Cardi B, the rapper sported a pair of Prada platform combat boots that included bulky construction with leather uppers, black rhinestone adornments, silver metal hardware, the enamel triangle Prada logo detailing and a heel that once again fell within the 3-to-4 inch height range. She teamed her boots with a glittery jersey dress that had the number 11 on it, alongside a pair of leather cut-out gloves.
Platform Sandals Pt. 2
For the 4th Annual Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards at The Beverly Hilton in June, Cardi B was spotted wearing barely there platform sandals, which featured a thick black strap across the upper and a platform base that measured a little over 2 inches. While the back of her shoes couldn’t be seen completely, it’s like the heel height fell between her preferred range of 3-to-4 inches. As for her ensemble, the singer wore a black blazer dress that included an extended train covering her footwear.
Casual Sneakers
That same month, she hosted a party at The Stafford Room in New York City in a pair of slightly elevated sneakers characterized by a black upper and a contrasting silver platform base estimated between 1.5 and 2 inches. She paired her sneakers with a pink tracksuit and black square glasses.
Adidas Sambas
In July, the “WAP” rapper shared an Instagram Reel promoting her feature on Rob49’s song “On Dat Money.” The rapper wore a pair of the trendy Adidas Sambas and paired them with a school girl mini skirt. She recently took to X to express her relief for not having to wear that type of style anymore now that the news of her pregnancy was made public. “I’m so happy y’all know I’m [pregnant emoji] now I can stop wearing those deum school girl skirts,” she wrote.
