Cardi B Parties in Gladiator-Inspired Sandals at Fat Tuesday Bourbon 2 in New Orleans

Cardi B partied hard during a visit to Fat Tuesday Bourbon 2 yesterday in New Orleans. The rapper visited the bar to promote her alcoholic whipped cream Whipshots.
For the festive occasion, the “Up” singer donned a pair of gladiator-style sandals from Vivienne Westwood . The chosen pair featured brown leather uppers accompanied by a multitude of thick straps that traveled up the length of her feet, stopping at the ankles.
Each strap was threaded through gold buckle closures that offered the silhouette an industrial, edgy vibe. Triangular open toes gave way to platform soles that lifted Cardi to new heights. Finally, lofty 5 to 6-inch stiletto heels rounded out the set, creating height and drama.
The musician was wearing the Vivienne Westwood Spring 2009 ‘Carrie Sandals’ that she purchased from Pechuga Vintage. On the outfit front, the “I Like It” rapper kept things casual and summery in a white baby tee with colorful graphics on the front partnered with a plaid asymmetrical skirt. Cardi accessorized with dainty white bows in her hair to match the white leather mini crocodile crossbody she carried. High-shine jewelry completed her look.
When it comes to shoes, Cardi B is renowned for her love of Christian Louboutin heels — which she’s coined as “bloody shoes” for their signature red soles. The rapper has also stepped out in a range of heeled sandals, boots and mules over the years, hailing from brands including Jimmy Choo, Jessica Rich and Bottega Veneta.
