Busy Philipps’ Holiday Outfit Is All About the Over-the-Knee-Boot

Although holiday gatherings will look quite different this year, Busy Philipps is still making a case for dressing up.
The actress took to Instagram to show off her holiday outfit, which included a sold-out black statement minidress from Colombian designer, Kika Vargas. She topped off the festive look with a pair of leg-climbing boots from Clergerie.

“A wild optical illusion by Gina and wild wishful thinking (that I have anywhere to go in this cute AF outfit) by me. But still. The outfit, which was courtesy of Hampden Clothing, a designer clothing boutique based in Charleston, S.C., featured Rock A4 Leather Stretch Boots in Black from the French fashion label Clergerie. The elegant leather boot features a translucent rubber midsole and has a memory foam insole for comfort.
