Brigitte Macron chose to wear Louis Vuitton boots for an official engagement with King Charles III and Queen Camilla today in Paris.
The French first lady is a known loyal fan of the luxury fashion label’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquière and his designs. Earlier this year, for example, the former teacher donned a blush pink Louis Vuitton ensemble to the coronation of King Charles lll and Queen Camilla in May.
Brigitte paired the iconic French brand’s “Donna” ankle boots finished in buttery smooth black leather with sleek black trousers and a long red tweed blazer coat featuring a stand-up collar, ornamental buttons and four front flap pockets.
Louis Vuitton’s “Donna” ankle boots are also designed with a pointy almond-shaped toe and a high block heel adorned with the brand’s signature LV logo in gold. While hidden from view, the sophisticated style also boasts a brown monogrammed heel tab.

The boots are also offered in a knee-high version crafted in more materials to choose from, including khaki green suede. While the tall boots will cost you $2,310, the short “Donna” retails for $1,800.
Macron tied her chic outfit together with gold layered necklaces, a ring and a black clutch bag while Queen Camilla sported a white coat dress over a printed frock.
For shoes, Great Britain’s Queen wore a pair of coordinating white heels with a black cap-toe and a low heel. Later in the day, though, she appeared to change into another low-heeled style done in supple brown leather.
The Macrons and the King and Queen of England visited the Notre Dame Cathedral today and attended a reception at the National Library. Brigitte Macron and Queen Camilla also played a game of table tennis during a meeting with a local youth sports association in Saint-Denis, north of Paris.
This marks King Charles’ and Queen Camilla’s first state visit to France.
