Blake Lively Shines in Bold Christian Louboutin Sandals at ‘It Ends With Us’ Event in Grapevine, Texas

Blake Lively attended a Book Bonanza event for the upcoming film “It Ends With Us” on Thursday in Grapevine, Texas. The film, based on the best-selling novel by Colleen Hoover, will be released in theaters on Aug. 9. Other attendees included Hoover and Lively’s co-star for the film Brandon Sklenar.
The “Gossip Girl” star sported a pair of high-shine Christian Louboutin sandal heels. The style featured a thin but sturdy construction, rounded toes and 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels. Additionally, the sandal included rhinestoned detailing throughout and the brand’s instantly recognizable bright red soles. Lively has a huge collection of Louboutin shoes. The star has been photographed in the French brand’s styles too many times to count throughout her lengthy career.
The thespian has a long-standing history with the brand, donning some of their most popular styles on numerous occasions. Her relationship with Christian Louboutin runs thick and deep, so much so that the French designer named a shoe silhouette after her.

In bloom, Lively wore a Balmain summer 2024 mini dress featuring exaggerated hips, sheer long sleeves and delicate floral beaded adornments throughout in shades of pink and green. The dress also featured a collar neckline, leaf-esque trim, button closures and a fitted bodice. The “Green Lantern” star styled her hair in a low updo, gathering her hair out of her face. Rounding out her look, Lively wore a variety of floral-inspired jewelry.
Lively has been a longtime fixture in the fashion scene and enjoys close friendships with designers like Christian Louboutin. The “A Simple Favor” actress previously served as the face of L’Oreal and Gucci’s Gucci Premiere perfume, as well as Chanel’s Mademoiselle handbag line, in the early 2010s. She’s also a front row regular at Fashion Month, appearing at shows for brands like Michael Kors, Gucci and Dior, among others.
