Billie Eilish slipped on a bejeweled pair of shoes to attend the 26th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards red carpet on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
The “bad guy” singer wore a pair of black Gucci Flashtrek sneakers. The chunky black silhouette, which debuted during the brand’s fall 2018 presentation, featured a thick rubber platform sole and glossy upper.
The sneaker, only slightly revealed from underneath Eilish’s wide-leg pants, was additionally adorned with large green gemstones encased in gold hardware. The rectangular stones were arranged in an “x” pattern over the top of the foot and along the sides.
For the rest of Eilish’s look, the star paired a Gucci GG tulle top underneath an oversized black button-down short-sleeved shirt and wide-leg pant set. The set was constructed from a shimmering black textile adorned with small diamond appliqués.
Eilish has worn similar ensembles from Gucci on many occasions before Wednesday night. The star wore the exact same outfit to the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, styling the look with chunky jewelry that matched her neon green hair color at the time.
The CDGAs, hosted by Wendi McLendon-Covey and featuring presenters Lily Gladstone, Danielle Brooks, Sherry Cola and Shangela, among others, celebrated Spotlight Award honoree Annette Bening, Vanguard Spotlight Award honoree Billie Eilish, Career Achievement Award honoree Francine Jamison-Tanchuck, as well as the winners of the nine competitive award categories.
