The 2023 Billboard Music Awards brought out numerous stars for a statement-making red carpet.
During the occasion, musicians of all genres stepped out to celebrate their musical accomplishments. Some, like Mariah Carey, made themed statements with tall boots in numerous sharp hues. Others, like Karol G and Kelli Erdmann, slipped on sharp high heels for a glamorous edge at the event.
Mariah Carey made a holiday-worthy arrival in a set of white leather block-heeled boots, accented with matching ribbed tights, Chanel sunglasses and diamond-covered butterfly rings. The “All I Want for Christmas Is You” musician’s shoes added a versatile base to her look for the occasion: a long-sleeved white minidress with faux fur cuffs, complete with a zip-up bodice and gleaming crystal trim.
Karol G sleekly stepped out in a set of Gianvito Rossi‘s $795 Metropolis sandals, featuring see-through asymmetric straps and sleek stiletto heels. The pair added a versatile edge to the musician’s attire: a glossy, clear strapless top and matching miniskirt — each covered in glossy, twisted brown accents mimicking wet hair.

Bebe Rexha was futuristically outfitted in a sheer black corseted top with a draped side train, as well as a metallic silver peplum hem. A flared black skirt completed the musician’s attire, as well as a pair of sheer black gloves and a gleaming diamond necklace.
The Billboard Music Awards celebrate the accomplishments of international musicians, as well as songs and albums within the Billboard charts. This year’s event is sponsored by Marriott Bonvoy and Lexus, who will provide transportation and host one of the show’s star-studded musical performances.
